Discuss Your Situation

Every person's journey is unique

We take time to genuinely understand your individual circumstances, goals, and preferences before a single service begins. Our support is built around your life — not a standard template.

Skilled, experienced support workers

Our team brings relevant qualifications and real hands-on experience. Every support worker is carefully matched to participants based on experience with their specific needs, communication style, and shared interests.

Whole-person wellbeing

We look at the full picture — your cultural background, family connections, interests, and goals. We support the person, not just the disability. Real wellbeing means more than just completing tasks.

Our Approach

Six principles that guide everything we do

01

Choice and control, always

Your rights, your preferences, your decisions. We design every support plan around what matters most to you — and we never impose a one-size-fits-all approach. If something isn't working, we change it.

Person-Centred
02

Trusted partnerships at every level

We work alongside participants, families, support coordinators, plan managers, and allied health professionals — building a connected support network that genuinely works in your best interests.

Collaboration
03

Cultural safety is non-negotiable

We celebrate diversity and provide care that is respectful of your background, language, faith, and identity. Our team reflects the communities we serve — including workers who speak languages other than English.

Inclusion
04

Responsive, honest communication

We keep participants, families, and coordinators informed — proactively, not reactively. When things change, you'll hear from us first. We believe clear, honest communication builds real trust.

Transparency
05

Screened, trained, and committed staff

Every team member holds current NDIS Worker Screening clearance and relevant certifications. More importantly, we select people who genuinely care — because qualifications without compassion aren't enough.

Safety
06

Continuous quality and improvement

We meet and exceed NDIS Practice Standards. But we don't stop there — we actively seek feedback, review our services regularly, and hold ourselves accountable to the people who rely on us.

Quality

Choice Disability has genuinely transformed my son's experience. The support worker they matched him with is patient, consistent, and truly understands him. I finally feel confident he is in exactly the right hands.
